Description

Tai Chi brings together the combination of movement, self-applied massage, meditation and breath work creating a state of deep relaxation and calm. With the use of mindful inquiry based language, a gentle class pace and the incorporation of practical take-home exercises, the focus is on creating health, vitality, inner peace, and mindfulness through the application of Chinese self-healing arts, Tai Chi and Qigong.
